Pond Cove Elementary  

School, Cape Elizabeth grade 4, 2015

Cape Elizabeth native Joan Benoit Samuelson won the first women's Olympic  marathon; Pond Cove's 4th graders got to ask her questions and pass around her gold medal! 

Students also heard about famous shipwrecks,  fishing lore, and Oreo cows.
